L’AGENCE accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 21 days of the original ship date. We strive to ensure your luxury shopping experience is seamless from purchase to return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Generate and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
